There are several steps in becoming a Foster Carer with CatholicCare. These steps are all designed to increase your knowledge and skills in caring for children in Foster Care.

Please note that you can withdraw from this process at any stage, without needing to provide us with an explanation.
To get started you can download our ‘Becoming a Foster Carer’ Information Booklet. You may also wish to print and complete the Foster Care Self-Evaluation Form to check your readiness to continue. Then, if you have any questions, you can contact the Recruitment Coordinator on becomeafostercarer@catholiccare.org.au or 02 4923 0600/02 4923 0660.

If you would like to officially begin the process with us, you can also submit an Initial Enquiry Form. Our Recruitment Coordinator with then contact you to process your enquiry and invite you to the next stage of the process. Alternatively, you can call the Recruitment Coordinator to complete your Initial Enquiry Form directly.
